Course Description
The course uses a multidisciplinary perspective to explore global issues affecting personal, community and international health and development using approaches from health promotion, population health and primary health care to help frame analyses. Students are introduced to patterns of disease, determinants of health, the global context of health, and strategies and actions for enhancing well-being.
